Any business that has verified their Google My Business account. Just bare in min that this is still a relative new feature and is still being rolled out, as a result not all business accounts will have access.
When you log into your Google My Business console, you will see if you have not already added your GMB short name as it says “Complete Your Listing” and in the box say “Add your profile short name” – see below image.
When you click on “Add profile short name” the following pop up box will open where you can add your GMB short name url. Google normally offers a suggested name, but you can create your own.
